I literally knew nothing about tech. My computer was a legit dinosaur that I bought prebuilt on Facebook a whiiiiiile back. I wanted an upgrade, but didn’t know how parts worked together. Zodiax not only helped me put together a parts list that could go above and beyond- they sat with me for 9 hours in a video call to put it all the new stuff together. I never put a PC together in my life, and they went step by step and sent pictures to make sure I knew what I was putting where. If I did this alone, it could have taken a week or more, if I even got it together in the first place. They were patient and didn’t make me feel dumb while figuring all this out, and in the end I got a PC that can do more than I could have dreamed of. 10000000/10 would recommend their services!
Zodiax has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I was running into issues with my computer bluescreening consistently for the past month or so. I got on a chat with them and they patiently went through each and every process that they could think of with me to help me fix my issues. Each process they went through they had either images or links to help me navigate what I needed to do and were incredibly kind.Cannot recommend them enough 10/10
